II. Privilege Hour:
1. Hon. Pedro P. Romualdo of the Lone District of Camiguin spoke about the mauling incident in Camiguin involving two fake media men and Gov. JJ. Romualdo and his bodyguards during May 2010 elections.

His speech was referred to the appropriate committee

 2. Hon. Agapito H. Guanlao talked about NFA’s importation of rice and the impact it has made to the farmers.

He was interpellated by Hons. Fua, Ping-ay, Golez and Bello.

Thereafter, his speech was  referred to the appropriate committee.

 3. Hon. Abigail Faye Ferriol talked about the national language. She urged her fellow legislators to cultivate Filipino languages to be the languages of academic and scholarly discourse and to create the Committee on Languages and Cultural Preservation that will study all concerns regarding national and regional languages of the Philippines.

Her speech was referred to the appropriate committee.

To the committees on Trade and Industry, Veterans Affairs, Public Works and Highways, Games and Amusements, Higher and Technical Education, Human Rights, Public Information, Ways and Means, Bases Conversion, Bicol Recovery and Economic Dev’t. and Globalization and WTO
