1.) Hon. Nur-Ana I. Sahidulla of the Second District of Sulu spoke on the statement made by Sulu police officer that the bombing incident in Zamboanga Airport was politically motivated.

IV. Privilege Hour:
1.) Rep. Joseph Victor G. Ejercito of the Lone District of San Juan spoke about the alleged corruption under the Arroyo administration.

His speech was  referred to the appropriate committee.

2.) Rep. Dante Antonio L. Tinio of Act Teachers Party-list spoke about the irregularities/discrepancies in the GSIS benefits of teachers and employees.

His speech was referred to the appropriate committee.

 3.) Rep. Eulogio "Amang" R. Magsaysay  of AVE Party-list spopke about GSIS’ inefficiency of service.

He was  interpellated by Hon. Magsaysay (M.).

Thereafter, his speech was referred to the appropriate committee.

 4.) Hon. Jerry P. Treñas of the Lone District of Iloilo City spoke about the overturned ruling of the Supreme Court on the unconstitutionality of the conversion of 16 municipalities into cities.

He was  interpellated by Hons. Apostol and Cari.
